CNC TURNING

Bar fed parts up to 2 1/2" diameter, and chucking parts to 10" diameter, of all types of materials including steel, bronze, brass, aluminum, castings, and plastics.

With our newly acquired Mori Seiki ZL200, and NL2000, we can offer parts with turning work on both ends, plus side and end drilling/tapping, all on one machine!  This saves the time of handling the part several times to move it from machine to machine.  We would love an opportunity to competitively quote parts for you using our ZL200 and NL2000!

CNC VERTICAL MILLING

Vertical machining of all types of materials including steel, bronze, brass, aluminum, castings, and plastics.  Bed travel up to 40" (X), 20" (Y), and 25" (Z).

FABRICATING

Our diversified fabricating department includes punch presses, press brake, hydraulic presses, broaching, and welding.  If your parts require stamping, bending, forming, broaching, or welding, we've got it covered!

ASSEMBLY

Our qualified assembly department can take your parts from production to finished product.  We currently assemble many different products. We can  package your finished product along with the required fasteners and instructions, and ship the finished product in your packaging.
