Quality

What does quality mean to you?  It is quite simple really.  Quality means that you expect the parts that you ordered to show up at your dock when you wanted them, and to meet the requirements that the print calls for right?

No surprises..............

We utilize real time SPC reporting from the point of production.  We do this with the use of a software program called Infinity QS.  Each operator is responsible for checking his or her own parts during the production process.

Our full-time staffed Quality Assurance department verifies the quality of our parts.  They have all the right tools, including a Browne and Sharpe CMM, and a video measuring scope (VMS).
