Our first-rate CNC turning machinery specializes in the production of various niche products, such as ball joints along with an array of wheel alignment products for the automotive industry. Offering a wide variety of machining processes such as pull broaching, rotary broaching and internal/external threading, our superior equipment is capable of working with a broad range of metals and plastic polymers from aluminum to acetyl and nylon. Our turning department contains 4-axis turning centers, with 2.5" bar feed capacity up to 6" part lengths for automatic production. Our chucking department is capable of turning parts up to 16" diameter, with 22" lengths and weighing up to 250 lbs.
