Brass and Stainless Steel Valve Body

Using a combination of turning, thread milling, engraving, and glass bead blasting, Cosmos Enterprises, Inc. manufactured 50 to 250 brass and stainless steel valve bodies for specialty valve use in oil and gas, pharmaceutical, and material handling applications. Manufactured from 360 brass and 303 stainless steel, we upheld a tight tolerance of +/- .0015 during our process. Each component measured 1 ½" in thickness, 2 ½" in length, and 1 ½" in width, and was wrapped and boxed before delivery. From start to finish, the project took 4 to 6 weeks.
