Black Anodized Aluminum Housing Used for Industrial Linear Actuators

Cosmos Enterprises, Inc. manufactured 300 black anodized aluminum housing units for industrial linear actuators using milling, drilling, and tapping capabilities. Upholding a +/- .0009" tolerance with an inside diameter concentricity of .001", we worked with 6061 aluminum, and provided an anodized finish. Each housing unit measured 2 ¼" in material thickness, 2 ¾" in length, 2 ¼" in width, weighed ½ pound, and had a surface roughness of 63 RA. After wrapping each component for protection, the housing units were boxed and delivered. The project ran 6 weeks, from start to finish.
