In an on going attempt to improve our customer service, we have developed the following survey, which we hope you will fill out and submit to us.  The best information that we can get to help us improve has to come directly from you, our customer.  We have tried to keep it short and user friendly.

In this survey, we would like for you to compare us to other companies that you are currently doing business with.  We have separated them into two categories, "similar" vendors (job shop machining, fabricating, stamping, etc.), and "non-similar" vendors (all others that you purchase from).
