6061 Aluminum Fitting Used for Commercial Floor Cleaners

Using our 4-axis machining and turning capabilities, Cosmos Enterprises, Inc. manufactured 100 to 250 commercial floor cleaner fittings out of 6061 aluminum. A +/- .005 tolerance was upheld during manufacturing to ensure precision, and a surface roughness of 62 RA was achieved. Each fitting measured 2 ¼" in material thickness diameter, 2 ½" in length, and weighed ¼ of a pound. The fittings were wrapped and boxed before delivery, and the entire project took 4 weeks.
